This range of furnace has a maximum operating temperature of 1200°C. Heating is provided by a resistance wire element wound on to the ceramic work tube, which is an integral part of the furnace. Low thermal mass insulation is used throughout for rapid response rates and maximum thermal efficiency and stability. Computerized temperature control and the heating can be done with an external gaseous flow (Nitrogen or Helium) as well, it can be used in vacuum.
Applications:
It is highly suited to materials science research field such as: crystal growing, general heat treatment of several materials including the nano-materials, organic and inorganic samples, sintering and firing of ceramics and many other areas of research. The powerful and user-friendly device provides simplicity for beginners as well as an open experimental platform for advanced users.
