LIRA Meeting

The
Faculty of Engineering at Beirut Arab University, represented by Dean
of the Faculty Prof. Adel El Kordi and Chairs of Engineering
departments, hosted in its Campus at Debbieh, on Thursday 04th of
October 2012, a committee from the Lebanese Industrial Research
Achievements (LIRA), headed by the general coordinator of the LIRA
program Mr. Said Hamade. The primary objective of the meeting was to
exchange views and provide a framework of cooperation in conducting
joint industrial senior year graduation projects; performing design and
proposing solutions to manufacturing and industrial problems and needs,
in addition to exchanging information and expertise as well as providing
needed funding for common research activities conducted by senior
engineering students.
