Fellowship in Advanced Endodontics
University of Genoa (Italy) & Beirut Arab University (Lebanon)
The Fellowship in Advanced Endodontics is a collaborative work between Faculty of Medicine, biomedical and dentistry department, University of Genoa-Italy and Faculty of Dentistry, Beirut Arab University-Lebanon. The teaching faculty members are consultants in Endodontics and are selected from both universities. The didactic format will include lectures, laboratory time, video review, literature review and an intensive hands-on practice held in the simulation lab in the Faculty of Dentistry at BAU. The hands on of the 4 modules will be all performed under the microscope, where indicated.

Fellowship in Advanced Esthetic & Restorative Dentistry
University of Genoa (Italy) & Beirut Arab University (Lebanon)
The Fellowship in Advanced Esthetic & Restorative Dentistry is a collaborative work between Faculty of Medicine, biomedical and dentistry department, University of Genoa-Italy and Faculty of Dentistry, Beirut Arab University-Lebanon. The teaching faculty members are specialists in esthetic and restorative dentistry and are selected from both universities. In 1995, Beirut Arab University (BAU) established its Faculty of Dentistry as the 9th faculty to ensure that the training and education given to future dentists provides them with the skills needed for prevention, diagnosis and treatment of abnormalities related to teeth and associated oral tissues. The Faculty of Dentistry at BAU offers a five-year dental degree program that enables students to earn the didactic, diagnostic and practical skills required for the treatment of oral and dental diseases in a private setting as well as for the community at large.
Accreditation
ESE Accreditation
The postgraduate programmes of Endodontology: “Master's Degree and Speciality Diploma” at the Faculty of Dentistry are accredited from the European Society of Endodontology (ESE).
ADEE Accreditation
The Faculty of Dentistry attained the International Recognition from the Association for Dental Education in Europe (ADEE) in April 2014 on the basis that the Faculty’s program is up to the standards of European faculties.
In April 2014 the Faculty of Dentistry was enrolled in LEADER SCHOOL PROGRAMME “THE DENTAL EDUCATION EXCELLENCE PROGRAMME”. The LEADER Excellence Programme provides contextually guidance on structural school improvements.
The Faculty was awarded in 2016 ADEE LEADER status in recognition of its commitment to continuous improvement and curriculum development.
