ABET

The Faculty of Engineering applied to ABET for the re-accreditation of the Communications and Electronics Engineering program (Debbieh) and the accreditation of the following programs:

• Civil Engineering (Debbieh – Tripoli)
• Electrical Power and Machines Engineering (Debbieh – Tripoli)
• Mechanical Engineering (Debbieh – Tripoli)
• Industrial Engineering (Debbieh)
• Communications and Electronics Engineering (Tripoli) in the 2018 / 2019 cycle.

The ABET Engineering Accreditation Commission met in July 2019 and sent its final report stating that the Communications and Electronics Engineering program (Debbieh) has been re-accredited and all the aforementioned programs have received the accreditation.
