A Workshop by the Journalist Milad Hadchiti on Happiness at BAU

The Public Relations Administration at Beirut Arab University organized a workshop for the Journalist Milad Hadchiti dealt with the variety of psychological and social topics, related to happiness and how to achieve it under the title “Happy New Me”. The workshop which took place on the 19th of February, 2015 was attended by a large crowd of students who exchanged their experiences with the aim to find feasible solutions.
Hadchiti gave a presentation on life-experiences that face students in their daily lives as a starting point for a series of means to empower students. The aim was to allow students to get rid of negative thoughts and replace them as much as possible with positive ideas that would set them on the road to true happiness via the neural programming of the mind. The process manipulates negative images based on determination and perseverance.
The workshop included a training session with audio-visual effects that guided the students to finding the keys to happiness, success and confidence. The workshop concluded with a book-signing of Hadchiti’s new publication 365 for a Positive Life.
During two days, Hadchiti met with the students at BAU in a workshop entitled “Positive Communication”. The workshop aimed at training the students in making communication with others and in the media more positive. It further clarified some terms and concepts, focusing on specifying meanings to avoid generalizations.
