Business Etiquette Workshop at BAU Tripoli Campus

The Faculty of Business Administration at Beirut Arab University – Tripoli Campus organized an etiquette workshop for students entitled “Business Etiquette” for the Consultant of Etiquette and Protocol Ms. Nadine Daher.
The workshop dealt with many issues mentioning the three important concepts in Etiquette which are the Respect, Credibility, and the feelings with others. It also emphasized on the importance of Professional skills for companies and how to train the personal skills of employees in any company or institution. 
One of the important points that were raised in this workshop was the importance of actions that stem from natural spontaneity and how to accompany theses skills with the know-how to dress in interviews in order to start their career life successfully and how to act during and after these interviews. Discussions also dealt with the tips in communicating skills in actions reminding them that thanking process is one of the important etiquette skills in dealing with people.
At the end of the workshop Ms. Daher dedicated the Library her two books: “Etiquette a Science and a Decorum” and “Etiquette from childhood to Adolescence”
