Graduate Studies “Open House” Orientation Day at BAU
06 March 2019The Deanship of Graduate Studies and Research at Beirut Arab University organized its fourth orientation day “Open House” which aimed to inform university students and participants from other universities about BAU Graduate Programs, the development of the curricula at all faculties, as well as the availability of scientific laboratories with International Standards and various research resources at its different libraries.
The Dean of Graduate Studies and Research Prof. Hania Nakkash maintained that graduate students will benefit from the international institutional accreditation BAU obtained and listed the accreditations received by the faculties, highlighting their impact on the students at the academic and research levels as well as their positive effect on enhancing researches issued by the university and keeping abreast of the scientific developments that the university consistently develops according to the highest standards. She also pointed out that the efforts of the Deanship of Scientific Research focus on activating research that serves the Lebanese society as compatible with the university strategy.
Over the last ten years, Beirut Arab University has developed the programs of graduate studies, especially scientific and medical ones which serve the development of the Lebanese and Arab societies. Since its establishment, BAU has awarded 7,000 Diploma, Master's and Doctorate Degrees in various programs.
