Motivation A Vehicle for Change Lecture at BAU Tripoli Campus

The Faculty of Business Administration at Beirut Arab University-Tripoli Branch organized a lecture with MP Dr. Ali Darwish entitled "Motivation: A Vehicle for Change" in the presence of Director of Faculty of Business Administration Dr. Hani Chaarani, Head of the BAU Alumni in the North and Tripoli Branch Coordinator Mr. Ahmad Sankari, President of Al Dar Al Ali Association Elissar Barakat Darwish and Youth Sector Officer at Azm Tayyar Maher Dannawi. 

In his opening speech, Dr. Chaarani reviewed Darwish’s biography in the hope that his success would motivate future generations.

MP Darwish praised the role of the youth as the key element in the society, recommending continuous self-development for the continuity of competitiveness in the contemporary world, which does not acknowledge semi solutions or quasi skills.

As for his experience in banking, Darwish declared that “job opportunities in Lebanon are few and we cannot deny the influence of personal connections in this regard. However, this must serve as a motivation to prove oneself by seeking self-development and keeping abreast of all updates.”

"You must be receptive to change, build a broad network of relationships, upgrade your knowledge and education, and develop your thinking. Success is the fruit of continuous effort and fatigue,” Darwish addressed the youth.

The meeting ended with a discussion between Darwish and the students focusing on the job market current conditions and methods of success.
