Promotion to Full Professor Congratulations Prof Saab

Dr.  Ibtissam M. Saab has been recently promoted to the title of  Professor in Physical Therapy for musculoskeletal disorders.
We congratulate her on this achievement, and for being the first physiotherapist in Lebanon to hold this title (Full Professor in Physiotherapy)  
Prof. Saab  has been the chairperson of the Department of Physical Therapy at Beirut Arab University since its establishment in 2008, and led the delivery of high quality in physical therapy education until it gained its full accreditation by the World Physiotherapy (former WCPT) in 2016 (first programmed to gain such credential in the Middle East) . She is committed to hosting and delivering high quality of education and scientific research, and was responsible for many prominent scientific achievements in the musculoskeletal rehabilitation field with many publications in peer reviewed journals.
Professionally, she is currently the vice president of the Order of Physiotherapists of Lebanon (OPTL) and member of the technical committee at the Lebanese Ministry of education and Higher Education (MEHE). She gained many awards for her professional and educational contributions.
