Wasif Talal Hijazi, a Computer Science student, secured 2nd place at the national level in the Huawei ICT Competition, showcasing strong technical expertise and problem-solving skills.

• Huawei ICT Regional Competition (December 2024)

Wasif Talal Hijazi advanced to the regional stage of the Huawei ICT Competition as part of the Lebanese national team, held in Saudi Arabia, where the team won the Grand Prize, marking a major regional achievement.

• Huawei ICT International Competition (May 2025)

Continuing his success, Wasif Talal Hijazi represented Lebanon in the international finals held in China, where his team won 3rd place globally in the Computing Track, affirming BAU’s presence on the international stage.
