Sports Day for Faculty and Staff Members at BAU – Debbieh Campus
21 January 2014The Sports Activities Unit at BAU – Debbieh Campus organized a Sports Day for 30 Faculty members and staff. The event took place in Debbieh Campus with the following games games: Table Tennis, Basketball, Streetball, Footsal. Results were as follows:
Table Tennis:
First Place: Dr. Mohamad Sakr (Faculty of Sciences)
Second Place: Dr. Mohamad Dakdouki (Faculty of Sciences)
Third Place: Dr. Oussama Al Simni and Dr. Ziad Othman (Faculty of Engineering)
Basketball:
The faculty members team won over staff team with a score of 21 – 19. The winning team included: Dr. Yehya Timsah, Dr. Hisham Basha, Dr. Ziad Othman, Dr. Hadi Abou Shakra (Faculty of Engineering) and Dr. Rashed Zantout (Faculty of Sciences)
Footsal
Faculty and Staff members Team A won over team B with a score of 2-1
The members of the winning team were: Dr. Mohamad Banna, Dr. Ahmad Murdi, Dr. Ahmad Salama, Dr. Oussama Al Samni, and Dr. Zaher Bou Saleh from the Faculty of Engineering, as well as Dr. Houssal Shreiteh and staff members Wassim Kanbar and Khodrr Al-Abdin from the Faculty of Engineering.
At the end of the event, Dr. Yehya Temsah, deputy Dean of Engineering, and Dr. Mohamad Daya distributed medals and trophies to the participants
